Julian had hoped to be able to answer all the questions sent in but
in the end there were just too many of them. For certain questions asked
particularly frequently, we consolidated them and used the name of the person
that asked it first. We tried to make sure that Julian responded to questions
that we know to be of particular interest (and believe me, after over four years
in this job, I know!). I think this now pretty much covers everything, and it
